Job Description (up to 10)

Provide quality customer service, including serving food, guiding guests, and handling payments.

Prepare and cook food while adhering to health and safety standards.

Manage food ingredients efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.

Clean dining areas and the kitchen to maintain a hygienic environment.

Support training of part-time restaurant and kitchen staff.

Handle administrative tasks, such as PCR testing center procedures and document preparation in English.

Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.

Prepare ingredients and perform other food preparation duties.

Take orders accurately and convey special requests to the chef.

Monitor dining area for guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
Job Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of working experience in food service is required.

Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field is preferred.

Japan Language Proficiency (at least N4) or JFT pass is required.

Must have passed the Skills Test required for SSW (Food Service).
